JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Germany-based company working in the electricity and gas contract sector. We help customers in Germany with the processing, preparation, and support of energy contract documents.

We already work successfully with several international remote tea ---------- mbers who have been part of our company for years. We are now looking to expand our team and hire an experienced Recruiter / Talent Sourcer who can help us find reliable German-speaking employees for long-term remote work.

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter / Talent Sourcer who has experience finding and approaching qualified German-speaking candidates on platforms such as Upwork, Indeed, or similar recruiting channels.

Your main task will be to actively search for suitable applicants, contact them, pre-qualify them, and help us build a reliable pipeline of candidates for our company.

This position is only suitable for someone who already understands the recruiting process and knows how to find, approach, and evaluate candidates professionally.

Main Tasks
Search for German-speaking candidates on Upwork, Indeed, and other suitable platforms
Proactively contact potential applicants
Pre-qualify candidates based on our requirements
Collect and organize candidate information
Forward suitable applicants to our internal team
Track your recruiting activities and results
Report daily or weekly key performance numbers
Follow our internal recruiting process
Help us improve the recruiting workflow over time
Expected KPIs

We expect clear and measurable recruiting results.

You should be able to track and report numbers such as:

Number of candidates contacted
Number of replies received
Number of qualified candidates found
Number of candidates forwarded to us
Number of candidates who complete the next application steps
Conversion rates from contact to qualified applicant

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is proactive, structured, and experienced in recruiting.

You should have:

Previous experience as a Recruiter or Talent Sourcer
Experience searching for candidates on Upwork, Indeed, or similar platforms
Experience finding German-speaking candidates
Good English communication skills
Understanding of candidate pre-qualification
Ability to work independently and proactively
Organized working style
Reliable communication
Experience with spreadsheets, tracking tools, or CRM systems
Stable internet connection
Own computer or laptop
Availability to start soon

German language skills are a plus, but not required if you are experienced in sourcing German-speaking candidates.
