JOB OVERVIEW

Experienced CS Agent — High-Volume Dropshipping (A-Players Only)

We're not hiring someone to close tickets and clock out. We're hiring a killer CS agent who treats our support operation like it's their own business. We run a 6–7 figure multi-brand e-commerce operation spanning 5 stores across the EU and US markets. We move fast, we scale hard, and we're building a backend team that runs like a machine. You'll join a backend team of 7 and work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Supply Chain Manager, Backend Manager, Dispute Manager, and CS team.

What this role actually is
This is a CS Agent role : high-ownership one. You'll be on the frontline of our support operation across all stores. (Got management experience? Even better : there's real room to grow here if your performance is good for 2 months. But make no mistake: this role is about being an elite agent first.)

This is not a "follow the SOP and wait for instructions" role. This is a "I saw a problem three steps before anyone asked, and I fixed it" role.

The single most important thing we're looking for
Ownership. You don't just clear your queue — you look beyond your own lane, spot problems early (refunds, fulfillment delays, chargebacks, disputes), and get ahead of them. Proactivity and work ethic rank above everything else. Show us that, and you get paid extremely well for it.

What you'll own
Customer service across all stores, at high volume, without dropping quality
Keeping tickets moving fast and flagging backend issues before they blow up
Staying tightly synced with supply chain and disputes so nothing falls through the cracks
Helping improve the systems that make the whole operation run smoother every week

Requirements (read carefully)

Minimum 3 years of CS experience in dropshipping — non-negotiable
You can handle a minimum of 20 tickets per hour. If you can't, don't apply.
Strong hands-on experience with Gorgias
You understand high-scale dropshipping — the volume, the margins, the chaos.
Strong experience with Claude / AI tools — this is core to how we operate; you need to be genuinely good with it
A relentless work ethic and an ownership-first mindset
Excellent written English and clear, fast communication
