JOB OVERVIEW

We're a US-based fertilizer and soil mix company selling on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. We're hiring Amazon listing specialists.

THE ROLE
We use an in-house app that handles product research, keyword selection, and listing copy. It outputs a ready Amazon flat file. Your job is the human layer on top of it:

1. Run the app and generate the flat file for each product.
2. Review the flat file carefully. Check the listing copy, titles, bullets, and backend fields for errors, typos, awkward English, and anything that doesn't fit a US retail audience.
3. Create the listing images: a clean main image (pure white background, RGB 255/255/255), lifestyle images, infographics (NPK, coverage, application), and A+ Content. You can use AI image tools to generate base assets, then refine them to a professional, sales-ready standard.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong, fluent written English. You must be able to catch copy errors, not just design.
- Solid Photoshop skills, comfortable refining AI-generated images into polished visuals.
- Familiarity with Amazon listings, image standards, and A+ Content.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow instructions precisely.
- Experience in the lawn/garden/fertilizer niche is a plus, not required.

This is a regulated product category. Any text or claims placed on images must be approved by us first. Accuracy matters more than creative freedom on wording. Do not add performance claims (e.g., "cures," "best," "guarantees").
