JOB OVERVIEW

We are not looking for a virtual assistant. We are looking for a future Wayfair marketplace operator.

Remote | Philippines

Compensation

Training Period (1 Month): $3.50 USD / Hour

Outstanding performers will be considered for long-term cooperation and future leadership opportunities.

IMPORTANT

Wayfair experience is mandatory.

We are primarily looking for candidates with actual Wayfair marketplace operating experience.

At this stage, we are only hiring ONE person. Please apply only if you are confident you are a strong fit.

1. Wayfair operating experience
2. Outstanding e-commerce achievements on other major platforms
3. Strong English reading and writing ability
4. Understanding of American consumers, shopping behavior, culture, and customer psychology

What You Will Do

* Analyze sold products on Wayfair
* Monitor listing health
* Research competitors
* Compare pricing, shipping speed, images, titles, keywords, reviews, and product positioning
* Track impressions, clicks, CTR, conversion rate, orders, reviews, and performance trends
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
* Provide clear recommendations based on data
