Dental Lead Generation & Telemarketing Specialist (Remote)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Dental Lead Generation & Telemarketing Specialist to identify, qualify, and engage potential patients interested in All-on-4®, full-mouth dental implants, porcelain veneers, and cosmetic dentistry. This role combines lead research, outbound calling, appointment setting, and CRM management to help grow our dental practice.

Responsibilities

Lead Research & Data Collection

* Research potential dental implant and cosmetic dentistry prospects.
* Build targeted lead lists from online sources, social media, directories, and databases.
* Verify contact information.
* Identify qualified prospects based on treatment needs and demographics.
* Keep lead databases accurate and organized.

Outbound Telemarketing

* Make 100–200 outbound calls per day.
* Contact prospective patients interested in:
* All-on-4 dental implants
* Full-mouth restoration
* Porcelain veneers
* Smile makeovers
* Cosmetic dentistry
* Introduce the practice professionally.
* Answer basic questions regarding procedures.
* Build trust with potential patients.

Lead Qualification

Qualify prospects by determining:

* Interest level
* Current dental condition
* Budget expectations
* Financing interest
* Timeline for treatment
* Preferred appointment times
* Location and travel willingness

Appointment Setting

* Schedule consultations for dentists or treatment coordinators.
* Confirm appointments.
* Send reminders.
* Follow up with no-shows.
* Re-engage older leads.

CRM Management

* Update CRM after every interaction.
* Record notes accurately.
* Track follow-up dates.
* Maintain organized patient pipelines.

Follow-up Campaigns

* Call warm leads.
* Re-engage inactive inquiries.
* Follow up after online form submissions.
* Maintain long-term communication with prospects.

Qualifications

* Experience in telemarketing or appointment setting.
* Dental industry experience preferred.
* Cosmetic dentistry or implant knowledge is a plus.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Confident phone presence.
* Strong objection-handling skills.
* Comfortable meeting daily call quotas.
* Organized and detail-oriented.
* Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
