We are an independent Property & Casualty insurance agency based in Hollywood, California. We help everyday families and business owners find the right coverage at the right price. We're a fast-growing, close-knit team, and we're looking for an energetic, people-first professional to become one of the first voices our clients hear.

THE ROLE

You'll wear three hats, and no two days will look the same:

Inbound Calls & Routing
Be the first friendly voice callers hear. Answer inbound calls, understand what they need, and route them to the right tea ---------- mber quickly, warmly, and professionally. You are the face (and voice) of our agency, so energy and personality matter just as much as accuracy.

Outbound Appointment Setting
Call our warm leads and book qualified appointments for our producers. You'll be working leads who already know us your job is to build rapport, create excitement, and get them on the calendar.

Social Media Management
Help manage and grow our social media presence scheduling posts, engaging with followers/comments, and keeping our brand looking sharp and active online.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR


Warm, engaging, upbeat personality — you genuinely enjoy talking to people
Excellent spoken and written English communication
Confident on the phone, both answering and making calls
Comfortable with basic social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Reliable internet, backup power, and a quiet work-from-home setup
Prior experience in a call center, customer service, appointment setting, or BPO role is a big plus
Insurance experience is NOT required — we'll train you on everything agency-specific



COMPENSATION

$3 – $5 USD/hour, based on experience

That works out to approximately:

(Based on current exchange rate ? ?61.5/USD and a full-time 40-hr work week. Final rate depends on experience.)
