Title: AI Content Creator (Instagram Reels Creator)
Job overview: I'm looking for someone who can create high quality Instagram reels for my AI influencer pages. Here is what you will do:

Create images with our tools - Use our text-to-image workflow (Seedream style workflow) and/or ComfyUI to generate on-brand images of the AI model based on prompts, references, and example videos I give you.
Turn images into short videos - Import the images into Kling and build short vertical videos for Instagram Reels. Add smooth movement, zooms, pans, and other simple effects so the videos feel alive and not static.
Add captions and on-screen text - Add clear, readable captions and hooks on screen. Follow my basic copy style and structure, or use text I provide, so each Reel has a clear message and call to action.
Add music and audio - Choose strong background music that matches the vibe of the clip or example video that I give you. Use ElevenLabs to create voiceovers where needed, using the script from the example video
Sync everything together - Match cuts and transitions to the beat of the music. You should be able to time the captions, scenes, and voiceover so the Reel feels smooth, fast, and made to keep people watching.
Improve over time! - Look at examples that are working and use them as a base for new reels. Take feedback and keep improving the quality of the videos. I'm going to supply all of the example videos at the start (first few months), but eventually I would like you to be able to create your own videos from scratch!

Requirements:
Strong experience with ComfyUI OR Seedream style tools for AI image creation
Experience using Kling OR similar tools to turn images into short form videos
Experience using ElevenLabs OR similar tools for AI voiceover
Proven skill making Instagram reels or TikTok style videos with multiple cuts, text, and music
Good eye for pacing, timing, and what gets views and clicks
Able to work independently and consistently, follow instructions, and hit deadlines

This position will quickly transition to full time (40 hours per week, paid weekly on Sundays through Wise), and comes with guidance from two experienced entrepreneurs in this space, so you will have extensive guidance. However, we are looking for someone that has experience in all of the programs listed above, as well as experience posting on Instagram Reels, as we are looking for someone who already has an eye for what good content looks like.

OVERALL we're looking for someone that has experience with making AI pictures/videos, is great at video editing, and has an eye for what viral-worthy content looks like on social media
