JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Go High Level (GHL) specialist to join our team full-time. This role is focused on implementation, not strategy—your primary responsibility will be building, deploying, and maintaining systems inside GHL with precision and efficiency.

You will be working with proven systems and frameworks. Your job is to execute them at a high level, ensure everything functions correctly, and troubleshoot when needed.

This is a behind-the-scenes technical role. You will not be responsible for copywriting or client communication.

Core Responsibilities
- Build, customize, and deploy GHL snapshots for new client accounts

- Set up workflows using pre-written email and SMS copy

- Configure automations including:

- Lead follow-up sequences

- Appointment confirmations and reminders

- No-show and follow-up workflows

- Implement triggers, conditions, tagging systems, and webhook logic

- Set up pipelines, calendars, forms, and CRM structure

- Connect funnels and ensure proper lead flow from capture to automation

Domain & DNS Management (Critical)
- Connect domains and subdomains to GHL funnels and websites

- Configure DNS records (A, CNAME, TXT)

- Set up email sending domains (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

- Troubleshoot DNS issues, propagation delays, and conflicts

- Work with platforms such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, and Cloudflare

Testing & Quality Control
- Test all workflows, automations, and integrations before launch

- Ensure all systems are functioning correctly with zero errors

- Troubleshoot and fix issues independently

- Maintain clean and organized GHL builds (no messy workflows)

Performance Expectations
- Full client setup completed within 2–3 days (excluding delays from client assets)

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to follow systems while solving problems independently

- Consistent, reliable execution across multiple accounts

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2+ years of recent, hands-on Go High Level experience (daily or near-daily use)

- Proven experience setting up multiple GHL accounts end-to-end

- Strong understanding of workflows, triggers, and automation logic

- Solid experience with DNS and domain configuration (non-negotiable)

- Experience with webhooks and custom field logic

- Ability to work full-time and align with EST hours

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work without constant supervision
