I’m looking for a fluent English-speaking Level 1 IT Support Technician in the Philippines to support HI Tech Hui clients as part of our MSP team.
The top priority is finding someone who is reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable helping users with day-to-day technical issues. This may include password resets, Microsoft 365 support, workstation troubleshooting, printer issues, basic network support, ticket updates, documentation, and remote support.
I need someone who communicates clearly, follows through, documents their work, and knows when to escalate an issue. Candidates don't need to have extensive technical knowledge; they must be eager to learn, responsive, and a genuine commitment to providing a great customer experience.
