Would you enjoy helping build a Christian ministry dedicated to emotional healing, healthy relationships, and hope after heartbreak?

Healed To Love Again is a Christian ministry committed to helping people heal from heartbreak, recover emotionally, strengthen their faith, and prepare for healthier future relationships.

Through social media, books, podcasts, articles, and other digital resources, we share practical and biblically grounded encouragement with people around the world.

As our ministry grows, we're looking for someone who can become an important part of our long-term content team.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This Is NOT a Traditional Virtual Assistant Role

We are not looking for someone to simply upload posts or perform administrative tasks.

Instead, we're looking for someone who can take our ideas and transform them into engaging, high-quality social media content.

Think of yourself as part of our **Content Production Team**.

You won't be expected to invent our message.

Our founders will provide:

* Weekly content topics
* Key teaching points
* Supporting Bible verses
* Emotional direction
* Brand guidelines

Your role is to transform those ideas into beautiful, engaging content.

WHAT YOU'LL DO EACH WEEK

Every Monday, you'll attend a short planning meeting where you'll receive five content topics for the week.
For each topic, you'll create:

? One short-form Reel (Facebook / Instagram / TikTok)
? One quote graphic in Canva
? One social media post
? One Story sequence

After approval, you'll:

* Schedule content across our platforms
* Organize project files
* Update the content calendar
* Prepare a simple weekly analytics report

You'll also help us improve our content system over time by suggesting workflow improvements and using tools effectively.

TOOLS YOU'LL USE

We're looking for someone who is comfortable using AI and modern content creation tools.

Preferred experience includes:

* ChatGPT
* Canva
* CapCut
* Google Drive
* Meta Business Suite
* TikTok Scheduler

Experience with Notion or Trello is a bonus.

? Weekly analytics summary

As our systems improve, you'll also help us make our content production faster, smarter, and more efficient.

TRAINING & SUPPORT

You won't be starting from scratch.
We've already built detailed systems that you'll receive, including:

* Content Production SOPs
* Weekly Content Briefs
* AI Prompt Library
* Canva Templates
* CapCut Templates
* Content Calendar
* Workflow Documentation

Our goal is to help you succeed by providing clear systems and expectations.

COMPENSATION
* Part-time position
* Approximately 5–6 hours per week

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a **paid practical assignment** based on a real content topic from our ministry.

This assignment is designed to reflect the actual work involved in the role.

Selected candidates will be compensated for their time.

--- Stage 3 – Interview

Finalists will participate in a short interview to discuss:

* Communication
* Organization
* Workflow
* Long-term goals
* Cultural fit

--- Stage 4 – Paid Trial Week

The successful candidate will complete a paid trial week, working through our real content production process.

This gives both you and our team the opportunity to determine whether we're a good long-term fit for one another.
