The role

We're looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support our founder day to day. You'll keep his schedule, inbox, and priorities running smoothly, handle travel and bookings, stay on top of follow-ups, and keep things organized so he can focus on clients and deals. If you're the kind of person who spots what needs doing before being asked, you'll thrive here.

What you'll do

- Start each day with a short brief of the founder's schedule, priorities, and anything outstanding
- Manage the calendar - scheduling, rescheduling, confirmations, and reminders
- Triage the inbox, draft replies, and make sure nothing slips through
- Keep follow-ups on track with clients, investors, and contacts
- Book flights, hotels, restaurants, and full travel itineraries
- Track expenses and receipts, and keep clean, organized records
- Support light invoicing and admin, and coordinate with the team on documents and deliverables
- Keep trackers, files, and contacts tidy and up to date
- Handle research and ad hoc tasks as they come up

What we're looking for

- 2+ years as an EA / PA / Virtual Assistant to a founder or executive
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Excellent written English and a professional, friendly manner
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets) and quick to learn new tools
- Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
- Strong time-zone overlap with Ireland (GMT+1) and a reliable daily routine
- A self-starter who can run with things independently

Nice to have: experience supporting someone in finance, consulting, or a fast-moving professional services firm.
