About Us
Global Staffing Solutions provides businesses across the United States with professional virtual assistants and administrative support. As our client base continues to grow, we're looking for a dependable Virtual Assistant who can help us complete a variety of projects.

About the Position
This is a flexible, hourly position with hours that vary based on project demand.

Some weeks may only require a few hours of work, while busier weeks may offer close to full-time hours. The right candidate will enjoy a flexible schedule and be available to take on assignments as they arise.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term relationship with a growing company.

How You'll Be Paid
This position is based on billable hours.
You'll receive assignments from our team and will be paid for the actual time spent completing each task.

For example:

A task that takes 1 hour = 1 hour of pay.
A project that takes 5 hours = 5 hours of pay.

You'll never be asked to work unpaid on client assignments.

Responsibilities

Your assignments may include:
Administrative support

Email and calendar management
Data entry
Online research
Spreadsheet creation and maintenance
CRM updates
Document formatting
Customer follow-up
Appointment scheduling
Creating reports
Other administrative tasks as assigned

Because we support multiple businesses, no two days are exactly the same.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:
Fluent in written and spoken English
Highly organized
Detail-oriented
Reliable and honest
Able to manage time independently
Comfortable learning new software
A proactive problem solver
Available to accept work as projects become available
Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:
Google Workspace
Microsoft Office
Canva
ChatGPT and AI tools
CRM platforms
Real estate administration
Executive assistant work
Customer service
