JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a sharp Amazon Account Manager Assistant to join REViVE Marketing Partners, a boutique Amazon agency that runs PPC and full account management for Better-For-You CPG brands.
This role is about supporting one of our senior account managers and owning the day to day execution that keeps client accounts winning. PPC optimization is the core of it, but you'll be in every part of the account. If you know Amazon inside and out and you move fast, this is for you.

What you'll be doing:
Daily and weekly PPC optimizations (bids, budgets, search term harvesting, negatives, campaign builds)
Pulling and building reports so the AM and clients always know where things stand
Listing new products and keeping catalogs clean
General account management support across the board
Jumping on client calls alongside the senior AM when needed

Tools we use:
SKU Hero is our main platform. If you've used it, even better. If not, that's fine as long as you've run PPC in something comparable
Data Dive and Helium 10 experience is a must
Slack is how we communicate all day, every day

What we expect:
Minimum 2 years of hands on Amazon PPC and account management experience
A real, full understanding of Amazon. Not just ads. Listings, catalog, reporting, the whole thing
Strong written and spoken English. You'll be on calls and in client communication
Fast, clear responses. This is non-negotiable

Responsiveness is everything:
Available on Slack Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM CST
Reply within a reasonable window any time we reach out during those hours
If something comes up, you say so. You communicate proactively and you don't go quiet
We should never have to chase you for an update

You're a fit if you:
Have 2+ years actually running Amazon PPC and supporting accounts
Know Data Dive and Helium 10 cold
Understand the full Amazon picture, not just one slice of it
Work independently and take ownership of your tasks
Move fast, respond fast, and execute revision notes without being told twice
