JOB OVERVIEW

We are building a global coaching community from the ground up, and we are looking for one sharp, organized builder to own it. This is a long-term, full-time role with a multi-year vision. You will not be one of many. You will be the person who builds this.

About the role:
-Mindcore Technologies is a US-based company launching a coaching brand led by our CEO. The content sits at the intersection of emotion, psychology, and business success: the mindset and leadership that separate business owners who grow from the ones who stall. Our audience is business owners aged 40 to 55, worldwide.
-You will take an existing library of talks, lessons, and frameworks and turn it into a content engine, grow a free community around it, and build the path into our paid coaching program. You report to our Marketing Director and have a full creative team and AI content tools already at your disposal.

What you will own:
-Brand identity, voice, and the community name
-Daily and weekly content across TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
-Launching and growing a free online community where members join with their name and email
-Directing video and design production through our existing team
-Building the funnel from free content into the paid coaching program
-Tracking growth and refining what works

Who we are looking for
Must-haves:
-Extremely organized and detail-oriented. Nothing slips through.
-Strong in brand building and social media
-Able to create content yourself: writing, short-form video, and basic design
-A proactive communicator who gives updates without being chased
-Self-driven, takes full ownership, hits deadlines
-Excellent written English

Nice to have:
-Experience with community platforms such as Skool, Kajabi, or Circle
-Hands-on video editing and AI content tools
-A track record growing a brand or audience from the start
-Experience working with business owner or executive audiences

Compensation and growth:
-$1,000 to $1,500/month USD, full time, based on experience
-Performance bonuses on top as the community hits milestones: first members, content consistency, growth targets, and the first coaching cohort
-A stable, long-term role with room to grow as the brand grows
