JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Payroll/Billing Specialist to process payroll and billing transactions. Our company works with a variety of healthcare Vendor Management System (VMS) platforms to manage client contracts and billing. These platforms, along with direct-bill clients, serve as our primary billing sources. In this role, you will navigate multiple VMS platforms to retrieve billing information, maintain accurate accounts receivable records, and ensure timely payroll and billing processing.

*Experience in healthcare staffing or the travel nursing industry is highly preferred.*

Qualifications
• Required: Experience using the HWL portal (training will not be provided).
• Highly Preferred: Experience in healthcare staffing or the travel nursing industry.
• Preferred: Experience working with VMS platforms.
• Strong data entry and math skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
• Maintain aging reports.
• Track, document, and communicate accounts receivable activities in Growfin for AR purposes.
• Email direct-bill invoices to clients.
• Access billing information through various VMS platforms.
• Update invoices in LaborEdge as needed.
• Resolve payment discrepancies through email or VMS portals.
• Perform collections, primarily through email.
• Prepare reports for upper management as requested.
• Complete other billing-related tasks as assigned.
