We are a niche market holiday company specialising in Scuba Diving Holidays. We are leaders in Red Sea and Philippines diving holidays and have a broad range of worldwide locations we offer.

Role Overview

We are seeking a person to support our team with their sales, booking ad marketing administration activities to ensure the business remains operational and effective. You are a key player across the team solving problems to help us move faster.

The role will entail undertaking a broad range of tasks such as:

o Sales
o Receiving enquiries from customers and adding them to our enquiry system
o Creation of quotes using Excel for enquiries
o Amendment of quotes in line with client requests
o Communicating with suppliers and customers to ensure high quality holiday outcomes for our clients
o Building the bookings and saving relevant documents to the client document folder and email store
o Booking administration
o Execute booking admin tasks in line with follow-ups on the system
o Review sales book and provide additional booking checks to ensure risk is minimised
o Re-book products when a cancel happens and update the booking details and communicate to customer as required
o Support out of hours booking issues as and when they arise
o Support team as required with sales and booking management actions
o Ad-hoc admin a required to support successful client outcomes
o Marketing support
o Build sample quotes for marketing processes
o Calculate selling prices for website ‘from prices’
o Admin
o Ad-hoc admin support across a range of tasks as required by team or management
o Supporting and working to solve issues with our other Philippines located finance admin tea ---------- mber
o Support booking admin and reconciliation, invoices queries etc

Essential Skills for the Role

- Minimum 3 years travel reservations experience. Flights, hotels, diving.
- Experience in booking flights
- Managing holidays from end to end
- Dealing with booking amendments
- Good at using systems and matching data between systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service approach and mindset
- Ability to use excel
- Team player and natural supportive tea ---------- mber
- Interested in the travel business, we sell lots of Philippines holidays so great to have local time zone support for clients when traveling
- Good with basic maths to calculate profit and margins, quick screen reconcile numbers.

Hours and Location

Hours of work:

UK hours 10-6PM. 3 days holiday pay, unpaid leave up to 27 days. Out of hours support required when an emergency on your booking happens.

Rate of pay:

Contracted Hours: 4 USD per hour
Emergency out of hours (evening / weekend) booking admin support: 6 USD per hour

We also offer:

- Annual bonus up to 1200 USD company bonus, depending on company performance and personal performance.

Location: fully remote, Philippines located, must have good internet. You will need a PC, headset, two screens. Your work will be via remote logon to PC and local teams logon for meetings.
