Every winning ad we run leads somewhere, and that somewhere is the page YOU build. We can have the best creatives in the market, but if the product page is slow, broken, or sloppy, the sale dies on arrival. That's why this role matters as much as it does.

We're hiring a Shopify & GemPages Expert who treats page building like a craft: pixel-accurate duplications, scripts followed to the letter, every app wired up correctly, and zero broken links by the time it reaches us. If you're the kind of builder who can't sleep knowing a button might be misaligned, you're exactly who we want.


SKILLS WE NEED

1. Shopify & GemPages Page Building
You can build product pages, landing pages, advertorials, and full funnel pages inside GemPages. This is your core craft, not something you've dabbled in.

2. Accurate Page & Store Duplication
You can take any page we show you and duplicate it precisely, across different Shopify stores, without breaking structure or losing detail.

3. Script-Exact Execution
You follow provided scripts exactly. You place translated text correctly, keep the structure intact, and don't "improve" things we didn't ask you to change.

4. Funnel & Offer Setup
You know how to set up post-purchase upsells, downsells, bundles, subscriptions, and digital files (ebooks) so the full funnel works end to end.

5. Shopify App Configuration
You can install and configure the apps that power our funnels, correctly the first time.

6. Quality Assurance & Attention to Detail
You catch broken links, missing text, untranslated copy, misplaced images, and mobile issues before they ever reach us. Nothing ships half-done.

7. Multi-Market Building
You've built for German, French, and US audiences and know how to handle translated content properly within each store.

8. Fast Execution
You work quickly without sacrificing quality, and you take ownership of a task from start to finish.


TOOLS WE USE (AND THAT YOU SHOULD KNOW)

Core Platform
- Shopify (store setup, theme customization, policy pages)
- GemPages (must be expert level, this is the heart of the role)

Upsells, Bundles & Subscriptions
- OCU for post-purchase upsells and downsells
- Kaching Bundles for bundle offers
- Kaching Subscriptions for subscription offers

Digital Products
- Fileflare (or similar) for ebooks and digital file delivery

Supporting Apps
- Review apps
- Tracking apps
- Page builder apps
- Upsell / cross-sell apps
- Conversion optimization apps

Collaboration
- Tools for coordinating with management, creative strategists, media buyers, and ops (Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, or similar)

If you're already fluent in OCU, Fileflare, Kaching Bundles, and Kaching Subscriptions specifically, you move to the top of the list.


JOB SCOPE (WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO)

1. Build Pages
Create product pages, landing pages, advertorials, and funnel pages in GemPages based on the scripts and designs we provide.

2. Duplicate Pages & Stores
Replicate pages we show you and copy internal pages across different Shopify stores accurately.

3. Place Translated Content
Build pages for German, French, and US audiences, placing translated text exactly where it belongs based on the provided script.

4. Set Up Offers
Configure post-purchase upsells and downsells (OCU), bundles (Kaching Bundles), subscriptions (Kaching Subscriptions), and digital files (Fileflare).

5. Configure Apps & Policy Pages
Install and set up required Shopify apps, plus all policy and support pages: Privacy, Return, Refund, Shipping, Terms, Subscription Policy, Contact, and FAQ.

6. Quality-Check Everything
Before submitting, verify every link, button, image, text, translation, and integration works, on both mobile and desktop, across the full customer journey.

7. Work With The Team
Coordinate closely with management, creative strategists, media buyers, and the operations team to keep builds aligned and on time.


QUALITY ASSURANCE STANDARD (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Before any task is submitted, you must confirm:
- All links are correct and all buttons work
- All images are placed correctly, none misplaced
- No text is missing and nothing is left untranslated
- All sections are properly aligned
- Both mobile and desktop versions work
- All apps are properly integrated
- All upsells, downsells, bundles, and subscriptions work
- All digital files / ebooks are properly connected
- All policy pages are correctly set up
- The full customer journey works from start to finish


WHAT YOU MUST BRING

- Extensive, expert-level Shopify experience (not basic)
- Extensive, expert-level GemPages experience
- Proven, accurate page and store duplication skills
- Hands-on experience with OCU, Fileflare, Kaching Bundles, and Kaching Subscriptions
- Experience building for German, French, and US ecommerce stores
- A strong, reliable quality-control process
- The ability to follow scripts exactly and work fast without dropping quality
- Strong ownership, communication, and attention to detail


THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF

You're a Shopify and GemPages expert who can duplicate any page accurately, follow a script to the letter, set up every app correctly, and check everything before submitting. You work fast, you're obsessive about detail, and you take ownership of the final result.


THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF

You only have basic Shopify experience, you're not strong in GemPages, you can't duplicate pages accurately, you skip the QA step, or you submit unfinished work. If you're not detail-oriented, this isn't the role for you.
