What you will be doing:
1. Meta Ads: Creating high-contrast static posters, carousels, and engaging 9:16 Reels.
2. Long-Form Content: Editing perfectly paced YouTube videos and high-impact company showreels.
3. Social Clips: Chopping up long-form assets into punchy, scroll-stopping clips for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
4. Animation: Adding clean motion graphics to explain concepts and keep viewers engaged.
5. AI Integration: Using the latest AI tools to speed up your workflow, enhance audio, and generate assets.
6. Landing Pages: Building fast, frictionless, high-converting landing pages using AI tools and page builders.

What we are looking for:
- Excellent skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut.
- Solid motion graphics and animation experience (After Effects or similar).
- Hands-on experience using AI video and audio workflows.
- A clear understanding of direct response. You know how to hook a viewer in the first three seconds.
- Someone who wants to grow with a global business looking to expand to UAE next year and wants to be part of a new, start up with lots of growth opportunity.

A little bit about us:

We are Luke and Katie, the founders of ByHerd. The business is UK based with us starting explore expansion into the UAE market.

Luke is our Sales Director has a background in Sales and building businesses, scaling high-ticket offers and focusing on the Value Equation and building automated outbound sales engines. Katie is our Marketing Director and her background is rooted in direct response mechanics and data-driven lead generation. She builds funnels that capture the 97% of the market that other agencies ignore, having worked with some well renowned brands such as Red Bull, The Times & The Sun Newspaper & Virgin Radio.
