We are looking for a highly experienced General Manager / Growth Operations Manager who has a proven track record of helping businesses grow, scale, increase revenue, and operate more efficiently. We are looking for someone who thinks like an operator, strategist, and business manage and can come into a fast-growing Christian brand, quickly understand the business, identify what is missing, organize the backend, manage people, track key numbers, and help us scale.
Ideal Candidater:
The right candidate has already helped companies improve systems, increase sales, build processes, manage teams, and execute growth initiatives. You should be proactive, highly organized, numbers-focused, and confident making decisions. We are looking for someone who can become the right-hand operator of the business — someone who can create structure, manage execution, lead the team, build systems, and make sure the business continues moving forward without the founders needing to be involved in every small detail.
This person must be comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, solving problems, managing people, and keeping the founders updated through clear reports, key priorities, and measurable progress. We will only review applicants that have real measurable results and experience.
You should be able to create SOPs, workflows, dashboards, checklists, project management systems, reporting structures, team accountability systems, and repeatable processes. More importantly, you must be able to implement those systems, train the team on them, follow up consistently, and make sure the systems are being used properly.

We are looking for a highly organized, growth-minded operator who can help manage the day-to-day business while also helping us scale, across operations, e-commerce, events, partnerships, customer experience, and growth projects.

This person should understand and respect Christian values, be excited about the vision of the brand, and be able to help build the business with purpose, excellence, and integrity.
Experience Required:
You must have experience with the following:
* 5+ years of senior leadership experience
* 2+ years of team leadership experience, managing people, vendors, contractors, or departments
* Proven experience scaling businesses
* Strong understanding of business KPIs, reporting, revenue, profitability, and operations
* Experience building systems from scratch and implementing them
* Strong business judgment and decision making skills
* Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or executive teams
* Strong written English and executive-level communication
* Experience managing departments or multiple business areas
* E-commerce / Shopify experience
* Fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or events brand experience preferred
* Remote team management experience preferred
