JOB OVERVIEW

**Part-Time | Remote**

I'm looking for someone to manage Facebook and Instagram advertising for my wedding photography business.

I already have the website, landing pages, photos, and videos. The goal is simple: generate more qualified wedding inquiries while lowering our cost per qualified lead over time.

### Responsibilities

* Create and manage Meta advertising campaigns
* Test audiences, ad copy, and creative
* Optimize campaigns based on performance
* Set up and manage retargeting campaigns
* Monitor lead quality, not just lead volume
* Provide a short weekly performance report with recommendations

### Requirements

* 3+ years of experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
* Proven experience generating leads for local service businesses (wedding industry is a plus)
* Strong understanding of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization
* Experience analyzing or improving landing page performance is a plus
* Strong English communication skills
* Organized, proactive, and data-driven

### Please answer the following:

1. Tell me about yourself.
2. How many years have you been managing Meta advertising campaigns?
3. What types of businesses have you worked with?
4. What results have you achieved? Please include cost per lead, conversion rates, ROAS, or any other relevant metrics if available.
5. What would you do during your first 30 days managing our account?
6. Tell me about an underperforming account you improved. What changes did you make, and what were the results?
7. How do you determine whether poor performance is caused by the ad, audience, offer, or landing page?
8. What metrics do you pay the most attention to when optimizing a lead generation campaign, and why?
9. If you were auditing our account, what are the first five things you would look at?

Start your application with the word **Evergreen** so I know you read the entire post.

### Please include:

* Your hourly rate
* Your weekly availability
* How many active clients you are currently managing
* Screenshots or examples of campaigns you've managed (you may blur or hide any confidential information)
* One campaign you're especially proud of. Please include:

* The business or industry
* The campaign objective
* The approximate monthly ad spend
* The results you achieved
* What you learned or would do differently today

**Bonus:** If you've managed Meta advertising campaigns for wedding photographers or other luxury service businesses, I'd love to hear about it.

Please answer each question based on your own experience. Be as specific as possible. We want to understand how you think and solve problems, so include real examples whenever you can.

Applicants selected for an interview will be asked follow-up questions about the campaigns they've described.

**Applications that do not answer all of the questions above will not be considered.**
