JOB OVERVIEW

We are an asset-light IP holding and brand licensing company. We own premium, turnkey brand footprints (trademarks, high-end visual identities, and optimized web infrastructure) for home service sectors, including Garage Door Repair, Pool Cleaning, and Pest Control. We partner with established local operators, granting them absolute territory exclusivity to scale their local businesses under our elite brand umbrella.

The Role
We are seeking a highly systematic, results-driven B2B Outbound Lead Generation & Appointment Setter Specialist. You will not be managing general administrative tasks. Your single, uncompromised objective is to identify, source, and engage high-earning but unbranded/generic local service operators and schedule them onto our executive calendar for territory strategy calls.

Daily Responsibilities
Targeted Prospecting: Scrape and qualify 30 established, high-revenue local service businesses per day across target Tier-1 metropolitan markets using Google Maps, Yelp, and local databases.

Data Cleaning & Enrichment: Extract direct contact info for the business owner/decision-maker, verifying email deliverability.
High-Conversion Personalization: Craft a hyper-customized, specific first-line observation for every single lead to bypass spam filters and guarantee primary inbox placement.

Outbound Ingestion: Ingest the 30 daily qualified leads into our cold email infrastructure.
Inbox Triage & Booking: Actively monitor campaign replies, filter out unqualified responses, handle basic objections, and directly book warm, interested owners onto our booking calendar.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
30 100% qualified, clean leads sourced and personalized per day (150/week).
Maintain a minimum 2% meeting book rate from outbound volume.
Secure 3 to 5 highly qualified strategy calls on the executive calendar per week.

Requirements
Proven, verifiable track record in B2B cold outbound lead generation or appointment setting.
Deep expertise in manual and automated local scraping techniques (Google Maps, local directories).
Familiarity with cold email deliverability tools and CRM tracking pipelines (n8n, Smartlead, Instantly, or similar).

Flawless written English with the ability to communicate professionally with business owners.
An asset-light, execution-first mindset—you focus entirely on the data and the funnel velocity.
