JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing real estate investment company that purchases and manages single-family homes throughout Maryland. We are looking for an experienced CallRail AI and Agentic AI Calling Specialist to help us build, optimize, and continuously improve our AI phone systems.

Our goal is to create world-class AI phone agents that answer inbound seller calls, qualify leads, follow custom scripts, handle objections, gather property information, schedule appointments, and transfer high-quality opportunities to our acquisition team.

What You'll Be Doing
• Build, modify, and optimize AI phone agents within CallRail and related AI voice platforms
• Improve conversation flows, prompts, and decision trees
• Create natural, human-like AI conversations
• Design qualification scripts for motivated sellers
• Train AI agents to gather property information accurately
• Implement objection handling and follow-up sequences
• Improve appointment booking rates
• Analyze call recordings and identify areas for improvement
• Test multiple AI personalities, prompts, and scripts
• Integrate AI systems with our CRM and lead management processes
• Continuously improve conversion rates and caller experience

Ideal Candidate
You have real-world experience building and optimizing AI voice agents, conversational AI systems, and phone automation workflows.

Experience with any of the following is highly preferred:
• CallRail AI
• Vapi
• Retell AI
• Bland AI
• ElevenLabs
• OpenAI
• Voiceflow
• GoHighLevel
• Zapier

• Agentic AI systems
