JOB OVERVIEW

We're a US consulting team working with an established US skincare brand on Shopify. We're hiring ONE senior person to own two things:

1) Get the brand cited and recommended inside AI answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity,
Gemini, Google AI Overviews).

2) Make the brand's branded Google results look great, so when someone searches
the brand name or "[brand] reviews," what they find is positive, accurate,
and brand-controlled.

Long-term and full-time, not project work. You'll report to our strategy lead, but we want a real thinking partner with a point of view: look at the data, bring ideas, tell us when we're wrong. A brain with hands, not a ticket-taker.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Pillar 1 - Get us cited in AI / LLMs (GEO):
- Get the brand accurately described, cited, and recommended across ChatGPT,
Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.
- Build entity consistency across the web, structure content for extraction, and
earn citations from the sources each AI platform trusts (Wikipedia, Reddit,
authoritative listicles, etc.).
- Track brand mentions, citations, and sentiment across the AI platforms and
report on it.
Pillar 2 - Make our branded Google search look great (reputation / ORM):
- Own page one for branded and review-intent queries (brand name, "[brand]
reviews," "is [brand] legit," product names) with positive, brand-controlled
results.
- Get review/star ratings showing in results via Product/Review schema, and
reduce the prominence of negative results.
- Claim and clean up the Google Business Profile and the brand knowledge panel.
The foundation that powers both:
- On-page and technical SEO on Shopify (titles, meta, headings, internal linking).
- Schema markup (Product, Review/AggregateRating, FAQ, Organization).
- Content: briefs, drafting, and editing in clean English, built to get cited by
AI and to own branded results. Health-adjacent beauty content, so accuracy matters.

YOU MUST HAVE

- Real, demonstrable GEO / AI-search experience: getting brands mentioned or
cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or Google AI Overviews. This is central
and we will test it, not just take your word for it.
- Experience controlling branded / reputation search results on Google (branded
SERP, review schema, Google Business Profile, knowledge panel).
- 4+ years hands-on SEO, with strong Shopify on-page and schema experience.
- Excellent written English. We'll judge this from your application.
- Comfort using AI tools to work faster, with human editing. Quality over volume.
- The ability to think, not just execute. Opinions welcome.
- Reliable full-time availability with 3-4 hours of overlap with US Pacific time.

NICE TO HAVE

- DTC / e-commerce or beauty/skincare experience.
- Digital PR, link building, or Reddit/community experience.
- Familiarity with E-E-A-T and YMYL content standards.

PAY: PHP 85, ---------- ,000/month full-time, with room above for the right person.
Paid on a set monthly date. 13th-month and a paid trial period included.
