We are hiring a full-time Content Strategist + Social Media Manager to help drive growth and revenue across Instagram,
This is not an entry-level social media role, and it is not a “just keep the content calendar full” position.
We are looking for someone who has already helped brands grow and monetize through short vertical video, can clearly explain how they did it, and can step into an established personal brand with both strategy and execution skills.

We are a systems-driven team with clear processes, deadlines, and communication standards. We move fast, especially during launch periods, and we are looking for someone who can keep up, think strategically, and execute without needing constant direction.
What This Role Actually Is
This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, conversion strategy, and day-to-day social media execution.
We are not looking for someone who only knows how to post content.
We are looking for someone who understands how to use content to:
grow the right audience
build trust and authority
support active offers
convert attention into leads and sales
create a repeatable content system the team can execute consistently
You should be able to think like a strategist and work like an operator.
What We Are Looking For
You are likely a fit if the following describes you:
1) You have a real content strategy framework
You do not “wing it” or rely on random content ideas.
You have a repeatable process for:
auditing a brand, its audience, and its offers
identifying what content should drive reach vs trust vs conversion
building content pillars and campaign-specific content plans
turning strategy into hooks, scripts, captions, CTAs, and content direction
reviewing performance and adjusting based on what the data says
We are not looking for vague “I help brands show up consistently” language.
We want someone who can clearly explain how you build a content strategy that drives business results.
2) You have proof that your work has driven both growth and revenue
We are looking for someone who has helped brands grow accounts and support monetization.
That means you should be able to show:
accounts you have worked on
what the numbers looked like before you got involved
what changed after your strategy was implemented
how your content supported lead generation, launches, offer sales, or conversions
Views and followers are not enough on their own. We care about business impact.
3) You understand short vertical video deeply
You should have strong working knowledge of:
TikTok
Instagram Reels
Facebook
You should understand that content cannot simply be reposted everywhere without thought. We want someone who knows how to think strategically about each platform while still creating a cohesive overall brand content system.
4) You can execute what you strategize
This is not a strategy-only role.
You should be comfortable actually doing the work required to move the strategy forward, including:
developing weekly content direction
writing hooks, scripts, captions, and CTAs
organizing and managing content calendars
scheduling and publishing content
adjusting content during launches and promotions
collaborating with the founder and internal team on what gets created next
5) You are highly organized and proactive
We move quickly. You should be someone who:
meets deadlines without being chased
communicates proactively
can work inside structured systems
can keep multiple moving pieces organized during launch periods
is comfortable collaborating with a founder who is also a strategist
What This Role Involves
Your responsibilities will include:
Deep diving into the Keenya Kelly brand, including audience, offers, voice, content pillars, and competitors
Developing a content strategy based on where the brand is going, not just what has been posted before
Delivering weekly content direction for Instagram,
Creating hooks, script direction, captions, and CTAs tied to active offers
Delivering one Trial Reels concept per day for Instagram
Managing day-to-day content execution on the accounts you are directing
Scheduling and publishing content
Building and maintaining a content system the team can use, including:
competitor tracking
content ideas and hook libraries
campaign content planning
content direction frameworks
Joining bi-weekly strategy calls to review performance and align on the next content cycle
Adapting quickly during active launches, live challenges, webinars, and campaign periods
You Are the Right Fit If…
You have a documented, repeatable process for content strategy
You can show at least 2 examples of accounts you helped grow and monetize
You understand the difference between content for audience growth, authority/trust, and sales
You know how to support a business with multiple offers and live launches
You are comfortable switching between strategy and execution
You can collaborate well with a founder who already understands content strategy
You communicate clearly and do not disappear when things get busy
You are comfortable with deadlines, structure, and accountability

You are still learning social media strategy and building your process as you go
Your experience is mostly engagement, posting support, or content coordination without measurable strategy results
You cannot clearly explain how your content strategy has supported sales or conversions
You cannot provide proof of accounts you have grown
You only want to strategize and do not want to touch execution
You need to fully own every creative decision in order to do your best work
You struggle with deadlines, communication, or organized systems
