Salary & Payment
?40,000 per month, fixed salary (no commission)

Work Schedule — Please Read Carefully Before Applying
This role runs on UK office hours, since you'll be supporting customers in the UK. This means your shift will fall in the afternoon/evening/night in Philippine time. Please make sure this works for you before applying.
Training Period (Month 1–2):
UK hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm UK time
Philippine time: approx. 3:00pm–11:00pm (UK summer/BST) or 4:00pm–12:00 midnight (UK winter/GMT)
Permanent Schedule (from Month 3, after successful probation):
UK hours: Wednesday–Sunday, 8:00am–4:00pm UK time
Philippine time: approx. 3:00pm–11:00pm (UK summer/BST) or 4:00pm–12:00 midnight (UK winter/GMT)
Mondays and Tuesdays off every week
Note: The UK moves its clocks forward/back twice a year (BST ? GMT), so your exact Philippine start/finish time will shift by one hour, twice a year. We will always confirm the current schedule with you in advance.
Your first three months are a probationary period, designed to give you proper training, support, and time to settle into the role before moving to your permanent schedule.
Equipment & Home Office Requirements
This is a work-from-home role, so you'll need your own setup, including:
A reliable desktop or laptop (minimum: Core i5 or equivalent, 8GB RAM, Windows 10/11)
A wired or stable wireless internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
A backup internet option (e.g. a second ISP, pocket wifi, or mobile data) in case of outages
A backup power source (e.g. UPS) in case of power interruptions, since this role involves live phone calls with customers
A good quality headset with noise cancellation
A quiet space to take calls without background noise
The Role
You will be the first point of contact for customers calling, messaging, or
Your job is to qualify enquiries, build trust, handle objections professionally, and convert as many enquiries as possible into confirmed collection bookings or quotation appointments — while protecting the company's pricing wherever possible.
You'll work closely with our operations team to make sure bookings are scheduled accurately and customer information is captured correctly.
Success in this role = converting enquiries into jobs, while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Conversions
Answer inbound enquiries by phone, WhatsApp,
Convert enquiries into confirmed waste collection bookings
Secure quotation appointments where an immediate booking isn't possible
Promote next-day collection services where appropriate
Build rapport and confidence with customers
Handle price objections professionally and confidently — many customers will push back on price, and your job is to hold value and close the sale without unnecessary discounting
Follow up on outstanding quotes and unconverted enquiries
Spot upselling opportunities for additional waste removal services
Customer Service
Deliver a professional, friendly experience on every contact
Manage booking amendments and customer requests
Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
Keep customers informed throughout the booking process
Booking Accuracy
Gather accurate customer information
Record waste descriptions clearly
Confirm collection addresses and contact details
Write clear, detailed booking notes for the collection team
Keep CRM and booking records accurate and up to date
Team Support
Work closely with operations and collection teams
Help keep schedules organised and efficient
Support the business in hitting daily and weekly revenue targets
What We're Looking For
Essential
Strong sales or customer service experience
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Confident handling price objections and closing sales
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
Positive, professional attitude
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer and data-entry skills
Reliable home setup that meets the equipment requirements above
Desirable
Experience in sales, appointment setting, or call centre work
Experience in waste management, logistics, transport, or other service industries
Experience using a CRM or booking system
Previous experience working UK or Western client-facing hours
