About the role:
We are a profitable, fast-scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brand spending heavily on paid ads every single day. We are looking for a long-term, full-time media buyer to own our paid acquisition. Meta
This is a hands-on buying role, not a strategy-only or set-and-forget role. You will be inside the ad accounts every day, launching ads, managing budgets, and making decisions that directly move revenue.
What you will do:
- Own the day-to-day management of our Meta ad account
- Build and launch campaigns, ad sets, and ads correctly and cleanly
- Run structured testing campaigns and scale the winners
- Use cost controls and bid strategies (including bid caps) to hit target ROAS
- Structure campaigns across multiple countries based on CPM and performance
- Monitor performance daily and react quickly to changes
- Handle ad disapprovals and appeals
- Keep accounts organized with clear, consistent naming conventions
- Manage and scale our secondary channels: TikTok, Snapchat, AppLovin, and future platforms
- Report on the key numbers (spend, ROAS, CPA, CPM) clearly and on time
What we are looking for:
- At least 2 years of hands-on media buying experience
- A strong, proven track record on Meta Ads (this is the core of the role)
- Experience buying for DTC or e-commerce brands, not only lead gen or local services
- Comfortable managing real, meaningful daily ad spend
- Solid understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPM, bid strategies, and attribution
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with clean accounts and clean naming and no sloppy uploads
- A reliable, fast internet connection (you will be asked to share a speed test)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week, with good overlap with our team
- Someone reliable and consistent we can trust to run things without constant checking
Nice to have:
- Experience with TikTok, Snapchat, or AppLovin ads
- Experience with attribution tools like Triple Whale
- Experience working with creative teams and testing new ad creatives
