How to apply (read carefully — generic applications ignored)
Send your portfolio: 3–5 short-form ads you've edited (ideally ones that ran on paid traffic).
Send us your BEST work — the edits you're most proud of — so we can see exactly what level we'd be working with and what you're capable of.
In one line: what makes a hook stop the scroll?
Start your message with the word "WEIGHTED" so we know you actually read this.
Bonus: send a 15-second sample hook edit using any product you like. Best sample gets hired, even with a thinner portfolio.
