Elite Executive Assistant: AIRBNB
We are seeking an Elite Executive Assistant to be our customer service and guest communications lead for our Airbnb / Short Stay properties.
This role is probably not for you. We are looking for an elite level, top player.
Are you the type of person who can handle messages, cancellations, calm guests down, protect revenue, upsell confidently, and still keep systems organised like a machine, all at once and still be in charge?
You will be the front of our business. The smiling face and calming voice that guests see and hear. You will be ultra organised, patient, and have great energy. A background in sales and hospitality is a must. You will be admin focused, hospitality experienced, and an all roun intelligent and strategic thinker.
Responsibilities include:
- messaging every guest within 5 minutes of receipt,
- answering inbound calls via Ring Central
- handling booking requests
- ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes
- dealing with issues and complaints
- communicating with Housekeepers/ Spot Checkers/ Maintenance
- selling bookings and extensions
- communicating internally to the rest of our team to ensure proactive and forward thinking team work
- helping simplify processes and automations
- Ai integration
Think digital hotel receptionist, strategic thinker, go getter, happy and fun, great energy etc.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.
You MUST Have:
- OTA + Systems expertise: Airbnb, Booking. com
- Channel manager expertise
- Listing experience (optimisations, edits)
- Relationship building (you listen, ask the right questions, and handle people with presence and confidence)

This is a long-term, full time position, 4 days total. Some Saturday cover will be expected in Peak season too (July and August). Paid at the same rate.
UK Hours, later shifts.
Monday: 10am - 10pm (11)
Tuesday 10am - 10pm (11)
Wednesday OFF
Thursday OFF
Friday 10am - 10pm (11)
Saturday OFF
Sunday 10am - 4pm (7)
40 Hours per week.
60 minutes unpaid break per shift.
