About the role
What you'll be doing:
*Manage the day-to-day running of our Shopify store, ensuring products, collections and content are up to date.
*Support the execution of promotional campaigns, seasonal launches and trading activity across multiple brands.
*Maintain product listings, imagery, pricing and merchandising to deliver an excellent customer experience.
*Coordinate with design, marketing and development agencies to ensure timely delivery of ecommerce initiatives.
*Monitor website performance and provide insights to improve conversion, revenue and customer experience.
*Assist with reporting on key ecommerce KPIs, including sales, conversion rate, average order value and customer behaviour.
*Support the implementation of website improvements, testing and optimisation opportunities.

What we're looking for
*2+ years' experience in an ecommerce or digital trading role.
*Hands-on experience managing a Shopify store is essential.
*Strong understanding of ecommerce merchandising, product management and online trading best practices.
*Comfortable working with spreadsheets and analysing ecommerce performance data.
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
*Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify reporting or similar ecommerce analytics tools.
