About Us
We run a TikTok Shop dropshipping store focused on evergreen, problem-solving products — items that address real consumer needs and can be sold year-round, regardless of season. We are building a serious content and product operation and need someone who can own the full process from finding winning products to getting them in front of millions of people.
What You Will Do
Part 1 — Product Research & Validation
You will identify product opportunities from TikTok Shop, AliExpress, and competitor storefronts. Every product you submit must be backed by a completed Excel validation sheet that includes the following:
Market & Demand Signals
TikTok search volume and relevant hashtag traction (e.g., #TikTokMadeMeBuyIt performance)
Number of competing TikTok Shop listings and saturation assessment (red flag: 50+ listings with 500+ reviews using the same content angle)
Google Trends data showing stable or growing year-round demand — no seasonal spikes
Cross-reference with Amazon Movers & Shakers or AliExpress hot products
Financial Viability
AliExpress supplier cost and estimated landed cost
Proposed selling price on TikTok Shop
Gross margin percentage (we target 50%+)
TikTok platform fee estimate (typically 2–8?pending on category)
Estimated net profit per unit after fees and affiliate commission budget
Virality & Content Signals
Number of videos with 100K+ views featuring this product in the last 30 days
Video save rate and share rate on top-performing product content
Frequency of buyer-intent comments ("where can I buy this?", "link?")
Whether multiple creators are filming the same product in different formats (signals scalability)
Watch-through rate benchmarks pulled from TikTok Creative Center
Evergreen & Problem-Solving Checklist
Does the product solve a clear, year-round consumer problem? (Required — this is non-negotiable)
Can the product's value be demonstrated visually within 3 seconds?
Does it pass the impulse buy test — low consideration, high visual appeal?
Are there competitor reviews pointing to pain points your listing can address?
Part 2 — Content Strategy Brief
For each validated product, you will submit a written brief that includes:
Why this product will grow through video content
Recommended video styles (e.g., POV demo, problem/solution, "I can't believe this exists," transformation reveal)
At least 3 hook variations to test
Target audience profile and the emotional trigger that drives the purchase decision
Part 3 — Video Creation & Publishing
Film and edit short-form videos using CapCut
Source trending audio, transitions, and TikTok-native formats to maximize reach
Post consistently and iterate based on real performance data
Track and report weekly on: views, watch time, click-through to shop, and conversion rate
Who We Are Looking For:
Demonstrated experience with TikTok Shop, TikTok organic content, or dropshipping
Familiar with research tools such as Kalodata, FastMoss, Minea, or TikTok Creative Center
You understand that TikTok is an entertainment engine first — you know how to stop a scroll
Proficient in CapCut for video editing
Detail-oriented: you document your research with real data, not just gut instinct
Clear written English communication
Compensation
Base salary: Negotiable depending on experience and output
Commission: Paid per video that crosses our agreed viral threshold (e.g., 100K+ views with measurable shop traffic)
Long-term position for the right person as our store scales
