JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly skilled AI Content Creator to help us produce a high volume of long form content using advanced HeyGen.

This is not a beginner role. We need someone who understands content that converts, not just content that looks cool.

About Us

We are building a fast-growing media company focused on new construction and luxury real estate in South Florida. Our goal is to dominate platforms like YouTube with high-performing, engaging content.

What You’ll Do
Take our best-performing hooks, scripts, and offers and turn them into high-volume content
Use AI tools like HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or similar to:
Clone voice and likeness of a real person
Generate long form videos at scale
Repurpose existing content into:
Instagram Reels
TikTok videos
YouTube Shorts
Continuously test new hooks, angles, and variations
Optimize for engagement, retention, and conversions
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience with AI-generated content (voice + video cloning)
Strong understanding of:
Viral hooks
Direct response marketing
Short-form storytelling
Ability to produce large volumes of content consistently
Someone who thinks like a marketer first, editor second
Highly reliable and organized (this is ongoing monthly work)
Bonus Points If You
Have experience in real estate content
Understand high-net-worth / luxury audience positioning
Can help improve scripts, hooks, and messaging (not just execute)
