JOB OVERVIEW

Got it — this is a narrower, more focused role: generating the AI avatars/presenters that appear in your videos, not owning the whole creative pipeline. Here's a tighter title and description for that.

AI Avatar Generation Specialist
(Alternatives: AI Avatar Producer, AI Presenter Specialist, or AI Avatar Artist.)
Remote · Full-Time (or Contract / Part-Time depending on volume)
Create the faces that front our videos.
We're looking for someone to generate the AI avatars and presenters used in our video ads. You'll take a concept — a look, a vibe, a type of person — and produce realistic, on-brand avatars that we drop into our creative. Your job is to make sure every presenter looks natural, credible, and consistent, ready to hand off to our video team.
You'll live inside tools like Higgsfield, and any other avatar and image-generation platforms that get the job done. The bar is realism and consistency: the same avatar should look like the same person across every video, and every face should feel like someone our audience would actually trust.
What you'll do

Generate AI avatars and presenters to spec — matching the look, age, tone, and feel we need for each campaign.
Keep avatars consistent. When we reuse a presenter, they need to look identical from video to video — same face, same identity, every time.
Iterate quickly on feedback — adjusting the look until it's right, without endless back-and-forth.
Deliver clean, usable assets organized and ready for the video team to animate or edit.
Keep it credible. Our audience is sharp and our category is full of obviously-fake AI presenters that kill trust. Your avatars need to look real and believable — not uncanny.
Stay current on avatar tools as they evolve, so our output keeps improving.

You'll thrive here if you...

? Have hands-on experience generating AI avatars or characters that look genuinely realistic
? Have a sharp eye for what reads as "real" vs. what looks artificial or off
? Can nail consistency — reproducing the same avatar reliably across many outputs
? Prompt with precision and iterate patiently until it's right
? Are fast, organized, and easy to hand work off to
? Keep up with avatar-generation tools as they change

This probably isn't for you if you're new to avatar generation, or you're satisfied with output that looks "good enough" but slightly uncanny. The realism bar here is high.

But that being said, when hiring we look more for intellect rather than perfect skills. You will be provided full training and help to get this perfect.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you, and I'm looking forward to working with you.
