JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a remote Construction Estimator / Drafting Support person for an established fencing business in Australia.

This is not a general VA role. You must have real construction industry experience.

You will be responsible for:

reading plans
completing take-offs and BOQs
supporting costing and pricing using our formats
preparing basic title and site plans for residential fencing
client and supplier communication
tender research and addendums
Requirements:

strong construction estimating or pre-construction experience
fluent English, written and spoken
confident reading plans and extracting quantities accurately
organised, reliable, and able to work without constant supervision
confident communicating with clients and suppliers
Strong advantage:

fencing or related trade experience
commercial tender experience
drafting or plan mark-up experience
This role is for someone accurate, structured, and commercially aware.

It is not suitable for general virtual assistants or applicants without construction experience.
