Job Description:
Beach House TC Services LLC is a fast-growing, lean real estate transaction coordination firm based in South Florida, USA. We are seeking a hungry, highly motivated Founder Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to own our outbound lead generation funnel. In this role, you will be making direct cold calls to active, licensed real estate agents across the State of Florida. Your mission is simple: pitch our premium contract-to-close compliance services, build relationships, and get agents to sign our Master Service Agreement and send us their under-contract transactions. This is a premier "Founder" track role. As our first core sales hire, your income potential is directly tied to your hustle, with a competitive base salary and an aggressive backend bonus structure.

Core Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling and prospecting to Florida real estate agents utilizing our CRM platform ( ---------- ) and virtual phone lines (Zoom Phone). Overcome objections confidently, navigate agent gatekeepers, and articulate the value of utilizing a dedicated local Transaction Coordinator. Secure signed Master Service Agreements from new real estate agents. Follow up diligently with active agents to ensure their newly under-contract files are submitted to our intake system. Accurately track all pipeline activity, call notes, and agent contact directories in ---------- .

Required Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an outbound ISA or Cold Caller, specifically targeting US Real Estate Agents, Brokers, or Wholesalers.

Communication:
Exceptional, near-native spoken English with an enthusiastic, highly professional phone presence and a neutral accent.

Tech Stack:
Experience utilizing CRMs (such as ---------- ) and power dialers/VOIP software (Zoom Phone).

Workstation Setup:
Reliable personal computer/laptop. Stable high-speed fiber internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) with a backup connection option. Reliable power backup infrastructure (UPS) to withstand local power interruptions. A quiet, distraction-free home office workspace.

Compensation & Performance Bonuses (Paid in USD via Wise/Remitly). We believe in rewarding the people who help build our pipeline. Your compensation is structured as follows:

Guaranteed Base Salary: $200.00 USD per month (paid semi-monthly on the 15th and last business day).

Upfront Client Acquisition Bonus: $10.00 USD paid immediately for every licensed Florida agent who signs our Master Service Agreement through your direct outreach.

Backend Closing Bonuses (Paid upon successful file funding): $80.00 USD for every Single-Side transaction that successfully closes and funds. $150.00 USD for every Dual-Side transaction that successfully closes and funds.

Elite Performance Tier Bonus: A volume bonus of $100.00 USD will be distributed for every block of ten (10) successfully closed and funded transactions achieved within a single calendar month (e.g., $100.00 USD for 10–19 closings, $200.00 USD for 20–29 closings, $300.00 USD for 30–39 closings, etc.), payable on the following month's invoice.
