JOB OVERVIEW

Design N Conquer is a US-based marketing agency serving contractor and home service businesses. We need a GoHighLevel expert to take over full build-and-manage responsibility for client CRM accounts — automations, websites, funnels, integrations, payments — so the owner can focus on sales and client relationships instead of fulfillment. We're currently running client-to-client without formal SOPs, so you'll be building the playbook as you go, not just following one. This is a 1-on-1 role reporting directly to the owner. Low oversight, high autonomy. You'll be the technical backbone of the agency.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain GoHighLevel automations/workflows for multiple client sub-accounts
Build and edit funnels, websites, and forms in GHL
Set up and troubleshoot integrations (payment processors, calendars, third-party tools, APIs/webhooks)
Diagnose and fix broken automations without being walked through it
Manage CRM hygiene: pipelines, tagging, custom fields, reporting
Document your builds as SOPs (written + Loom) so processes become repeatable and trainable
Turn one-off client fixes into standardized templates we can reuse across accounts
Onboard new clients into GHL using the SOPs you create
Flag issues or improvement opportunities proactively — don't wait to be asked

Must-Haves

2+ years hands-on GoHighLevel experience (not "familiar with" — actually built workflows solo)
Strong grasp of automation logic (triggers, conditions, webhooks, if/then workflows)
Experience with payment integrations (Stripe, GHL payments, or similar)
Proven experience writing SOPs/documentation from scratch — not just following someone else's
Can read an error, search it, test a fix, and report back the solution — not the problem
Comfortable working independently with minimal daily check-ins
Strong async written communication (Slack/Loom updates without prompting)

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in home services / contractor marketing niche
---------- experience for things GHL can't natively handle
Basic understanding of Meta Ads (to know what the CRM needs to support)

Schedule & Pay

Full-time, US business hours overlap required (at least 4-5 hrs/day)
$800-$1000/month depending on experience
Paid trial period before long-term commitment
