JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time video editor who is comfortable using Camtasia and can follow a clear step-by-step process to create simple training-style videos.

This is not a highly advanced editing position. We mainly need someone who is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions carefully.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

* Following a step-by-step process to prepare video projects
* Working with provided video clips, images, and audio files
* Creating simple video timelines in Camtasia
* Adding basic transitions between clips/images
* Syncing audio with visuals when needed
* Saving/exporting finished videos
* Uploading completed videos to a Vimeo account
* Keeping files organized and following naming instructions
* Communicating when a task is complete or if something is unclear

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

* Experience using Camtasia
* Basic understanding of video editing
* Ability to follow a repeatable process with around 10 steps
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable internet connection
* Ability to work full-time
* Good communication skills
* Willingness to learn our process exactly as instructed
