The work:
Own every transaction from open to close — timelines managed, deadlines tracked, files always in order
Do the diligence — county records pulled, title data reviewed, property information verified before it's needed
Secure every document — reach out to county offices and agents early, follow up often, and don't stop until it's received
Keep the CRM airtight — no outdated records, no missing data, no loose ends left hanging
Support the books — expenses logged and categorized in Excel or QuickBooks without being asked
What we expect:
A sharp eye for detail and zero tolerance for sloppy work — in yourself
Professional communication every time — clear, confident, and timely
Full ownership of your responsibilities without hand-holding
Availability from 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PH time (9 AM – 5 PM EST)
