About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, results-driven, and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) / Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our sales pipeline and expand our customer base.
As a BDR, you'll be on the front lines of our sales efforts, identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and nurturing opportunities through strategic outreach. You'll play a key role in connecting prospective customers with our solutions and helping drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify qualified prospects within target industries and markets.

- Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, decision-making authority, and fit with our services.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of prospect interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns and improve lead generation strategies.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and our products/services to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Consistently meet or exceed outreach, lead generation, and appointment-setting goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Sales Development, or a similar outbound sales role.
- Demonstrated success in cold outreach, prospecting, and appointment setting.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-oriented.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other professional networking platforms for prospecting.
- Must have a well-optimized LinkedIn profile with at least 300 connections that can be used for prospecting.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive or similar.
- Comfortable making cold calls and conducting high-volume outreach.
