Hi,

I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant to help me manage the upload and publishing process for a new English-speaking personal brand and social media channel.

The content will focus on founder life, running a travel business remotely, digital nomad lifestyle, living in Vietnam / Southeast Asia, travel industry insights, marketing, business workflow and behind-the-scenes content.

I am the founder of triplanet, a travel company, and I am building a new content brand around my life and work as a remote founder in Southeast Asia.

This role is not about video editing. I am looking for someone who can help with content operations, uploads, descriptions, captions, hashtags, scheduling and organization across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.

Main responsibilities:

Upload YouTube long-form videos
Upload YouTube Shorts
Upload and schedule TikTok videos
Upload and schedule Instagram Reels
Write and format YouTube descriptions based on a template
Add relevant hashtags and keywords
Add YouTube chapters/timestamps when provided
Prepare Instagram and TikTok captions
Organize video files in Google Drive / Dropbox
Maintain a content calendar
Track published content in a simple Google Sheet or Notion board
Collect basic analytics weekly, such as views, watch time, CTR, retention, likes, comments and follower growth
Help identify which videos perform best
Check that titles, descriptions, links and captions are correct before publishing
Communicate clearly and keep the workflow organized

Requirements:

Very good English writing skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience with BUILDING YouTube, TikTok and Instagram channels/accounts, prerrably in TRAVEL/LIFESTYLE
Experience uploading and scheduling content
Basic understanding of YouTube SEO, descriptions, hashtags and keywords
Ability to follow templates and processes
Reliable communication
Organized and proactive
Comfortable working with Google Drive, Google Sheets, Notion or Trello
Experience with YouTube Studio
Experience with Instagram Reels and TikTok publishing
Experience writing engaging captions
Experience creating weekly analytics reports
Experience with creator channels, personal brands, travel, business or digital nomad content is a MASSIVE plus

Important:

I am not looking for someone to fully define the strategy of the channel at the beginning. I will provide the main content ideas, positioning and direction. Your role will be to help make sure everything is uploaded, organized, optimized and published professionally.

This can become a long-term position if the collaboration works well.
