This client is dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and their families. As we continue to grow and expand our services, including the launch of new centers, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to help increase awareness of our services and build relationships within the community.
Position Summary
The Marketing & Business Development Coordinator will play a key role in generating new business opportunities through outreach, relationship building, and marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for conducting cold calls, identifying potential referral sources and clients, securing Zoo
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective referral sources, healthcare providers, schools, organizations, and community partners.
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities and referral relationships.
- Schedule and coordinate Zoo
- Assist in preparing for business development meetings and presentations.
- Attend Zoo
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and referral sources.
- Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes using CRM or tracking systems.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
- Promote services through networking, community outreach, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Support marketing campaigns for the launch and promotion of new ABA centers.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing referral partners and stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports on outreach efforts, lead generation, and business development activities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in marketing, business development, sales, appointment setting, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and conducting follow-up outreach.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience scheduling meetings and managing lead pipelines.
- Ability to confidently represent the company in virtual meetings and professional settings.
- Proficiency with Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
- Healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, education, or pediatric services experience is preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Appointment setting and lead generation experience.
- Knowledge of ABA services and autism support programs.
- Experience building referral networks and community partnerships.
- Social media and digital marketing experience is a plus.
