ABOUT US

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based business financing company helping business owners obtain funding. We are looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with excellent written English and strong GoHighLevel experience.

This is not a phone sales position. Most communication will be through GoHighLevel, SMS, email, and CRM management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Monitor and respond to incoming SMS messages
* Monitor and respond to client emails
* Follow up with lenders regarding pending submissions
* Follow up with merchants regarding missing documents
* Schedule calls and appointments
* Keep GoHighLevel organized and updated
* Create and manage tasks
* Track deals through the funding process
* Maintain accurate CRM records
* Handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously

REQUIREMENTS

* Previous GoHighLevel experience (Required)
* Excellent written English
* Strong multitasking ability
* Fast response times during working hours
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to follow instructions exactly
* Reliable internet connection
* Ability to work independently without constant supervision

RESPONSIVENESS IS CRITICAL

You will be expected to remain responsive during scheduled working hours.

There will be random check-ins throughout the day. We are looking for someone dependable and available, not someone who disappears for hours at a time.

HOURS

* Up to 40 hours available per week
* Workload may vary based on business volume
* Strong performers will receive more hours and responsibilities

BONUSES

In addition to hourly pay, bonuses will be paid for:

* Completed submissions
* Funded deals
* Exceptional performance
