Shopify E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Assistant (Tile & Natural Stone Industry)
About Us

We are a growing U.S.-based e-commerce company specializing in premium natural stone products, including marble, travertine, limestone, onyx, mosaics, and tile accessories. We sell nationwide through our Shopify website and are looking for a reliable long-term tea ---------- mber to help manage our online store, content creation, customer support, and digital marketing efforts.

Experience in the tile, flooring, stone, kitchen & bath, or construction industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
Shopify Store Management
Update product pricing, inventory, and product information
Create and edit product listings
Upload and optimize product images
Organize collections and product categories
Update product specifications and technical information
Manage product variants and metafields

Content Creation
Write product descriptions
Create blog articles related to tile, marble, travertine, flooring, and interior design
Develop website content and landing pages
Create educational and SEO-focused content

SEO & Website Optimization
Optimize product titles and descriptions
Conduct keyword research
Improve on-page SEO
Create internal linking strategies
Monitor SEO performance and recommend improvements

Social Media Management
Create Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok content
Design product posts, reels, and stories
Schedule and publish content
Engage with followers and answer comments/messages
Create promotional campaigns and seasonal content

Customer Support
Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
Answer product-related questions
Assist customers with product selection
Follow up on quotes and sample requests
Handle basic order-related questions

Administrative Support
Maintain product databases and spreadsheets
Research competitors and market trends
Assist with special projects as needed

Required Skills
Must Have
Strong Shopify experience
Excellent written English
Experience with Canva
Experience with ChatGPT and AI tools
Basic SEO knowledge
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently

Preferred
Experience in tile, flooring, natural stone, home improvement, construction, kitchen & bath, or interior design industries
Experience with Pinterest marketing
Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar design tools
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Experience with Shopify metafields and product imports
Understanding of marble, travertine, porcelain, mosaics, and natural stone products

Compensation
Part-time to start (15–30 hours per week)
Potential for full-time position
