JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're a US-based e-commerce sales company looking for sharp, motivated phone sales reps to close warm leads. This is NOT cold calling. Customers have already shown interest through SMS — your job is to call them, build quick rapport, and close the sale.

You'll be calling customers whose orders didn't complete and helping them finish their purchase over the phone. The leads are warm. The product sells. We need someone who can actually close — and who does it the right way, every time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Call warm leads and close sales over the phone
- Follow up on leads in the pipeline daily
- Recover declined and incomplete orders by processing them properly over the phone
- Push for higher order value on every call
- Log every sale accurately and immediately
- Hit a daily sales target (starting at $1,000/day)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Phone sales or closing experience (please describe your results)
- Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, friendly
- Strong internet connection and a quiet workspace (no background noise)
- A working headset
- Someone reliable, honest, and self-managing — we run a no-micromanagement environment built on trust
- Available full-time during US EST hours
