JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an exceptional short-form content editor to work with us long-term.

This is NOT a basic editing role.

We sell football boots to professional footballers around the world and create content around football culture, entrepreneurship, travel, behind-the-scenes experiences, custom football boots and exclusive access to players.

We are looking for someone who can take raw footage and turn it into highly engaging content that people cannot stop watching.

You must understand:

• Storytelling
• Viewer retention
• Strong hooks
• Pacing
• Music selection
• Modern social media content
• TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts

We do NOT want generic edits full of random transitions and effects.

We want someone who understands how to create emotion, curiosity and attention.

Requirements:

• Strong experience editing short-form content
• Excellent English comprehension
• Able to make creative decisions independently
• Strong understanding of social media trends
• Reliable communication
• Fast turnaround times
• High attention to detail

Bonus:

• Understanding of football culture
• Experience editing for creators, athletes or brands
• Experience creating viral content
