IEVA Immigration & Education Agency is a rapidly growing international education and migration company helping students and professionals achieve their global goals across 30+ countries and more than 2,000 education providers worldwide.

We are looking for a highly creative, motivated, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our digital presence, grow our audience organically, generate quality leads, and contribute directly to the growth of the business.

This is not a simple content-posting role.

We are looking for someone who can think strategically, create engaging content, manage our website, build our online community, and help turn marketing efforts into real business results.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Social Media Growth & Management

Manage and grow IEVA's presence across:

? Facebook
? Instagram
? TikTok
? LinkedIn
? YouTube
? Other emerging platforms

Responsibilities include:

Developing and executing monthly content calendars
Creating and publishing engaging content across all platforms
Growing followers and engagement organically
Monitoring comments, messages, and inquiries
Staying up to date with social media trends and algorithm changes
Building brand awareness and community engagement
Content Creation & Video Editing

You must be highly creative and confident creating content that captures attention.

Monthly content expectations include:

???? Minimum 15–20 Static Posts per Month
???? Minimum 15–20 Videos/Reels per Month

Content may include:

Student success stories
Visa and migration updates
Study abroad content
Educational content
Event promotions
Testimonials
Partner school campaigns
Behind-the-scenes content

Strong CapCut editing skills are essential.

You should be able to:

Create engaging TikTok videos
Edit Instagram Reels
Produce Facebook Reels
Create YouTube Shorts
Add captions, transitions, hooks, effects, and trending formats
Repurpose content across multiple platforms
Website Management

You will manage and maintain the IEVA website.

Responsibilities include:

Updating website content
Creating and updating landing pages
Uploading blogs and articles
Improving user experience
Optimising lead generation pages
Monitoring website performance
Recommending improvements

Experience with WordPress and Elementor Pro is highly preferred.

Marketing & Brand Development

You will help strengthen and grow the IEVA brand.

Responsibilities include:

Designing marketing materials
Creating brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets
Supporting webinars and information sessions
Assisting with partner marketing campaigns
Maintaining consistent branding across all channels
Lead Generation & Business Growth

We are looking for someone focused on generating leads, not just posting content.

Responsibilities include:

Developing organic lead generation strategies
Supporting Meta advertising campaigns
Promoting events and information sessions
Managing leads through CRM systems
Working closely with the sales team
Helping improve conversion rates
Monthly KPI Expectations
