I run a boutique executive search firm in the US placing senior marketing, creative, and leadership talent. I am hiring a remote recruiter to source candidates and help fill real roles. This is a base-plus-commission role with genuine, uncapped earning potential. When you help fill a role with the right candidate, you earn a meaningful commission on top of your base. Strong recruiters here can earn far more than their base.
What you will do:
1. Actively source candidates on LinkedIn for the roles I am working. Find strong, relevant people, not just the easy ones.
2. Run first-round phone and video screens. Assess fit, communication, experience, and salary expectations, and write clean, organized notes.
3. Send me qualified, well-summarized candidates ready to move forward. Quality over quantity.
4. Keep the pipeline organized and moving. Follow up, keep candidates warm, and never let a strong one go cold.
Who you are:
- Real recruiting or sourcing experience. You know how to find people and run a screen.
- A strong, current LinkedIn profile with recommendations visible. I will want to review it.
- Excellent written and spoken English. You can build rapport with US-based professionals on a call.
- Very comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and similar) to source and organize faster. This is a big plus.
- Organized, proactive, and driven by results. The commission rewards hustle.
- Hungry to grow long-term. As you prove out, there is room for more responsibility and more earning.
