We're building some of the most recognised brands in the short term rental and accommodation space across Australia and New Zealand. That means conferences, podcasts, digital platforms, websites, content, and a lot of moving parts.
Right now, we're looking for a self employed contractor who loves the chase. This is a hands on, fast paced sales role sitting at the heart of three growing brands:
STRIVE Conference Industry leading events and awards bringing together property managers, owners, and suppliers across Australia, New Zealand, and beyond.
The Accommodation Show A long running podcast featuring operators, founders, and leaders in hospitality, travel, and short term rentals.
iBooked.online A digital agency focused on direct bookings, websites, SEO, and marketing strategy for accommodation businesses.
If you enjoy talking to people, opening doors, and getting deals across the line, you'll feel right at home.
What You'll Actually Be Doing This role is all about pipeline. You'll find the right people, start the conversation, and keep it moving until it closes or gets handed over.
Lead generation and outreach
-Building prospect lists across the three brands
-Reaching out by
-Following up, then following up again, without dropping the ball
-Sponsorship and partnership sales
Pitching STRIVE sponsorship, exhibitor, and ticket opportunities
Sourcing podcast sponsors and partners for The Accommodation Show
Booking discovery calls for iBooked.online with accommodation operators who need websites, SEO, or direct booking help
Pipeline and follow through:
-Keeping the CRM clean and up to date
-Sending proposals, quotes, and follow ups
-Booking calls and demos into the calendar
-Tracking conversations, deadlines, and who owes what
-You won't just be smiling and dialling. You'll be encouraged to spot opportunities, suggest better angles, and bring ideas for how we sell and who we target.
Hours, Flexibility & Setup
-Around 20 to 60 hours per week
-Spread across 5 to 6 days
-Fully remote and flexible
-Work to your own rhythm, as long as the pipeline keeps moving
-This suits freelancers who like consistent work without being locked into rigid hours.

Skills We're Looking For
-Strong spoken and written English

-Comfortable with a CRM and keeping records tidy
-Confidence with Google Workspace
-Good internet connection and a solid home setup
-Resilient, self motivated, and comfortable juggling priorities
-You don't need decades of sales behind you. You do need to be reliable, switched on, and happy to keep knocking on doors.
Growth & Pay
-As your role expands and your impact grows, your rates will grow too. There's room for commission and bonuses on closed deals as we build trust. This is a relationship we want to invest in, not a short term stop gap.
