Full Time
$125 USD/week ($500/month)+ 10% revenue

Jun 22, 2026
We are launching CashRide, a new ride-sharing app, in Cebu and we need a
sharp, hands-on Filipino ops person based in Cebu to lead our local launch.
You will earn $125 USD per week ($500 USD per month) base salary, paid
every Friday via Wise or PayPal. On top of that, you will earn 10% of
CashRide's net platform revenue from the Philippines each month, with
no cap. The $125/week is guaranteed. The 10% is your uncapped upside
as we grow.
A strong performer can realistically earn $1,000 to $3,000+ USD per
month within 6 to 12 months as the platform grows.
This is NOT a desk job. You will be on the ground recruiting drivers,
solving problems in real time, and helping us build a real driver and
rider base from zero. If you are someone who loves working independently,
hustles in the field, and wants to be part of building something from the
ground up, this is for you.

WORKING HOURS
- 40 hours per week, fully flexible schedule
- Driver outreach hours typically work best in mornings and evenings
- No required meetings, no daily check-ins, no time tracking

ACCOUNTABILITY
- You are evaluated on numbers only, not effort or hours
- Key metrics: active drivers recruited, rides completed, platform
