JOB OVERVIEW

Instagram Community Engagement VA

Position Summary

CrossFit Levo is seeking a Virtual Assistant to engage with Instagram followers, build genuine relationships, qualify leads, and help schedule Free Trial appointments.

Hours: 10-15 hours per week

Pay: $6.50/hour

Primary Responsibilities

• Send personalized welcome messages to all new followers
• Maintain ongoing conversations with followers
• Qualify prospects using a structured conversation framework
• Identify local prospects who are a good fit for CrossFit Levo
• Encourage qualified prospects to schedule a Free Trial
• Track conversations and lead status in a shared spreadsheet or CRM
• Escalate qualified leads to the sales team when appropriate

Conversation Framework

Step 1: Confirm Location

"Hey [Name], thanks for following us. Just curious, are you located in the St. Louis area?"

Step 2: Understand Why They Followed

"Awesome. What made you d ---------- to follow CrossFit Levo?"

Step 3: Determine Current Activity Level

"Are you currently working out anywhere or following a fitness routine?"

Step 4: Discover Training Goals

"What are you hoping to improve most right now? Strength, weight loss, energy, mobility, general health, or something else?"

Step 5: Qualify for a Free Trial

Based on responses:

"It sounds like you'd be a great fit for what we do. We help busy adults build strength, improve health, and stay consistent without beating themselves up. Would you be interested in trying a free class?"

Success Metrics

• All new followers contacted within 24 hours
• Consistent daily engagement with followers
• Meaningful conversations initiated
• Qualified leads identified
• Free Trial appointments generated

Ideal Candidate

• Strong written English
• Friendly and conversational communication style
• Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Experience with Instagram preferred
• Fitness industry experience is a bonus but not required

Mission

The goal is not to pressure people into joining. The goal is to start conversations, understand their needs, determine if they are a good fit for CrossFit Levo, and invite qualified individuals to experience the community through a Free Trial.
