JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who specializes in Adobe InDesign to support a series of print design projects from July through November.

This position is NOT for designers who primarily work in Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design platforms. While those skills may be helpful, our projects are built around Adobe InDesign templates, and the successful candidate must be highly proficient in InDesign and comfortable working within existing file structures and production workflows.

Requirements

Must Have:

Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign
Strong understanding of print design and production
Experience working with master pages, paragraph styles, character styles, templates, and long-form documents
Ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple pieces
Strong attention to detail and file organization
Ability to follow existing design systems and templates

Preferred Experience:

Marketing collateral
Reports and publications
Brochures and catalogs
Event programs
Print advertisements
Multi-page documents

We are specifically seeking someone who can demonstrate professional Adobe InDesign experience.
